meetID 2025 Application (St. Jude/PIDS Pediatric Infectious Diseases Conference)

The meetID program provides a broad overview of pediatric infectious diseases (PID), career exploration in PID, support and resources needed to excel in science and medicine, and an opportunity to network with other trainees, faculty, and PIDS leadership. Additionally, trainees will have an opportunity to re-engage virtually throughout the year with various PID leaders, who will serve as mentors that can provide career guidance and support. 

NOTE: International Medical Students are welcome to apply. US citizenship or permanent residency is not required to apply to the meetID program.

Application Material

  1. Curriculum vitae
  2. Cover Letter, including:
    • interest in the program (should include current stage of training and rationale for applying for the program)
    • current career aspirations
    • information that illustrates how the candidate would contribute a unique perspective and inclusive excellence to the program.
      1. Perspective and inclusivity is multi-pronged and intersectional and may include but is not limited to:

The submission deadlines to submit a CV and cover letter is November 29th, 2024 for the St. Jude/PIDS Pediatric Infectious Diseases Conference. Applicants should upload a combined PDF that includes their cover letter and CV using this submission portal.
